The Only PI Leads Pre-Qualified By Real Settlement Data

Your prospects see actual settlement outcomes from similar cases before they ever fill out a form. By the time they reach you, they’re educated, engaged, and serious. Every lead is exclusive to your firm and never resold.

The arithmetic

The cheap lead was the expensive one

Nobody buys a lead. You buy a signed case, and the lead is just the unit it comes in. So compare the only number that pays your bills: what a signed case costs you by the time you get one.

The cheap one

Shared lead at $150

Both columns above are market rates for the lead industry, shown to compare the two models. They are not CasesDaily prices. Our numbers are below.

The $150 lead cost you $5,000 a case. The $275 lead cost you $1,375. You paid 83 percent more per lead and roughly 73 percent less per case.

The reason is not that the expensive lead is a better person. It is that three other firms are calling the shared one, and the first of you to reach them wins while the rest paid full price for a conversation they will never have. Exclusivity is not a premium feature. It is the whole difference between the two columns.

What we charge

Exclusive, qualified, and never billed when it does not qualify

$300 to $500
per qualified lead

is what our firms convert at
$1,500 to $4,500
is where cost per signed case lands
$0
for a lead that does not qualify

Intake specialists come free with the leads, because a lead nobody works is a lead you paid for twice.

The objection

“I’ve been burned by lead vendors before”

You should have been. Most of the industry sells the same contact four times, counts a wrong number as a delivery, and bills you either way. That is not a reason to distrust us specifically. It is a reason to ask exactly three questions, so here are our answers to them before you have to ask.

1Who else is calling this person?

Nobody. Every lead is exclusive to your firm and never resold. Not to another firm in your market, not to a different practice area, not six months later as an aged lead. That is the entire mechanism behind the right-hand column above, so we do not get to sell it twice.

2Can you prove they actually asked to hear from me?

Yes, lead by lead. Every one arrives with its consent trail attached: the exact TCPA language the claimant agreed to, the timestamp they agreed to it, and the page and campaign they came in through. You can open any lead and read the record. If it is ever not there, you have not got a lead, you have got a compliance problem, and we would rather not send it.

3What happens when the lead is junk?

You are not charged for it. A lead that does not meet the qualification criteria is not billed, full stop. That is why the qualification happens before delivery instead of during your intake call. A vendor who bills on delivery has no reason to care whether the person was injured, and we do.

The proof

Don’t take our word for it. Read the leads.

Every vendor on earth says their leads are better. Here are three real ones from our pipeline, in the claimant’s own words, with the outcome we recorded in our CRM. The rest are on the wall.

Worth a conversation?

Thirty minutes with one of the founders. Bring what you currently pay per lead and what you currently sign, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can beat it.

We take one firm per market, so the first question is whether yours is still open.

Lead examples are real and anonymized. Last names, phone numbers and email addresses are withheld. Past lead quality does not guarantee future results. Shared and exclusive lead figures are illustrative market rates for the lead-generation industry, not CasesDaily pricing.
