AI UGC Video Editor

We run paid social for U.S. personal-injury law firms, and the bottleneck is creative volume. We need editors who can turn a brief into a scroll-stopping UGC-style video using AI tooling — fast, repeatably, and in both English and Spanish.

What you'd do

  • Turn a written brief or hook list into finished short-form video ads for Meta.
  • Use AI tools (avatars, voice, generative b-roll, auto-captioning) to produce at volume without a shoot.
  • Cut Spanish-language versions of winning creative — a large share of our audience is Spanish-speaking.
  • Iterate on what the numbers say: winners get re-cut, losers get killed.

What it pays

  • A base of about $10 per delivered video.
  • About $40 more per video when it performs on Meta — the ceiling is how many winners you make, not how many hours you sit.
  • We reimburse your AI software subscriptions up to a monthly cap, so the tooling is not coming out of your pocket.
  • Paid per approved batch. No minimum hours, no shift schedule.

What we're looking for

  • A real body of short-form work we can watch — this is the single thing that decides it.
  • Hands-on with at least one AI video stack (HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred; English working proficiency required.
  • You ship. A good editor who returns work in two days beats a great one who returns it in two weeks.

Apply

Send links to work we can actually watch — a reel, a Drive/Dropbox folder, TikTok or IG profiles, a Vimeo page. Links are the fast path; upload files only if you have nothing linkable.
